Technical Support Changes
Beginning June 1st, 2014 we are implementing changes to our technical support structure. In an effort to better address our customer's needs we are modifying how we manage case assignment. For some customers this will mean that free live support is no longer an option. Please see the FAQ sheet to get more details on the transition.
